Academic Integrity

Proof AI is a writing assistance tool. Users are solely responsible for how they use our service and for complying with their institution's policies regarding AI-assisted writing. We do not encourage academic dishonesty.

Subscriptions and Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@tryproof.ai
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

Free Tier

The free tier provides 500 words per session for humanization. Free tier usage limits may change at any time.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all text you submit. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your text to provide the service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Proof AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that humanized text will pass any specific AI detector, as detection technology evolves continuously.

Limitation of Liability

Elcidex LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Proof AI.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
